With a Master’s degree from McMaster University and more than two decades of direct clinical work, Henry Gulabh has built his practice on a single conviction: lasting change comes from understanding the root causes of distress, not just its surface symptoms. That depth of training extends into the classroom — Henry has taught at Mohawk College and holds a faculty position at McMaster University, where he leads certification coursework in the addictions field.
He works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, mood disorders, substance and alcohol concerns, workplace stress, and the effects of domestic and emotional abuse. Men and young adults make up a significant part of his caseload, including those referred through court-mandated programs and Employee Assistance Plans. For someone who ends each day scrolling through messages yet still goes to bed feeling unseen, that gap between constant contact and genuine connection is often exactly where the real work begins.
Henry’s integrated, holistic approach is deliberately time-conscious — he collaborates with clients to find the most direct path toward their goals, grounded in the belief that resilience is a learnable skill shaped by an optimistic outlook. Sessions are available online.
