Teens navigating identity, adults carrying old wounds, couples at an impasse, families pulled in different directions — these are the people Kristie Brassard, Registered Social Worker, built her practice to serve. Working out of Barrie, Ontario, and virtually across the province, Kristie meets clients where they are: stuck in their emotions, worn down by daily life, or uncertain about what comes next.
Through Kaleidoscope Counselling Collective, Kristie offers counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families, alongside coaching, career guidance, and consultation for fellow mental-health professionals. Her work spans a wide range of concerns — anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, workplace burnout, and more — approached through a client-centered, eclectic, and holistic lens. She takes time at the outset to understand each person’s strengths alongside their struggles, then works collaboratively to clear the obstacles standing between them and a life that feels genuinely their own.
Kristie’s practice is affirming and inclusive, welcoming people of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, neurodivergent experiences, and cultural backgrounds. The goal, in her view, is not just symptom relief but real movement toward confidence, calm, and a sense of possibility.
