Marco Milani believes that lasting change begins not with fixing what is broken, but with understanding why it formed in the first place. Working from a client-centered, trauma-informed foundation, he draws on brief psychodynamic and attachment-focused therapy to help people make sense of patterns that feel stuck — in their inner lives, their relationships, and the ways they move through the world. That curiosity about the whole person extends naturally to the pressures people carry today: a young adult whose anxiety lives as much in his notification feed as in his thoughts, or a couple whose evenings dissolve into parallel scrolling rather than connection.
Marco works with adults, seniors, and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety and depression, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loss, trauma, internet or pornography addiction, and the communication breakdowns that erode trust and intimacy over time.
He completed graduate studies in both Italy and Canada, holding master’s degrees in Philosophy, Clinical-Dynamic Psychology, and Political Studies, and has been providing counselling in Saskatchewan since 2017. Sessions are available in person in Saskatoon and online across the province, in English or Italian, at $190 for a 55-minute individual or couple session.
