Whatever brought someone to Mariah’s door — a relationship fraying at the edges, a habit that’s taken on a life of its own, a teenager who’s started pulling away from everyone at home including the people who love them most — she meets them exactly where they are. Mariah Milne is a Licensed Social Worker based in Loveland, Colorado, whose warmth and humor make even the hardest conversations feel possible. She holds firm to one core belief: no one is beyond hope, and no one is beyond help.
Mariah works with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of needs, including trauma and abuse recovery, addiction, anxiety and mood disorders, eating disorders, career transitions, and crisis support — from adolescents and young adults through to the elderly. Her therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Person-Centered Therapy, and several other modalities, chosen not by habit but by what each client actually needs.
Seven years of practice across inpatient, outpatient, partial hospital, and court-mandated settings have shaped a clinician who is genuinely invested in helping people find their own answers. Online sessions are available. Mariah’s goal is straightforward: to help people grow into their fullest potential, whatever that looks like for them.
