Meredith Reddoch

Something is getting in the way — a relationship stretched thin, a pattern that won’t quit, a history that surfaces at the worst moments. Meredith Reddoch works with people who have arrived at that point and need a clear-eyed, grounded partner to help them move through it. Based in Walnut Creek and available online, she is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose practice spans individual adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and the slower erosions that come from unresolved conflict or chronic stress.

Her clinical toolkit is broad and intentional. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and motivational interviewing, and she is a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner — a body-oriented approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine for healing trauma through the nervous system. She is also trained in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), which addresses attachment and developmental wounds. Mindfulness is woven throughout, keeping the focus on what the body and mind are communicating in the present moment. She also works with couples and families on the everyday fractures — the argument that spiraled because one person never looked up from their phone — as well as bigger transitions like separation, divorce, and parenting challenges.
