Reeti Chopra

From overwhelm toward clarity, one honest conversation at a time.

About Me

When clients come to Reeti Chopra, they are often caught between who they are and who they feel they should be — exhausted by conflict at home, uncertain after a relationship fractures, or struggling to eat, feel, or function without shame. Reeti works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, divorce, infidelity, and the particular weight that falls on teenagers, women, and aging adults when life stops making sense. She also supports clients whose compulsive patterns — whether around food, relationships, or the pull of endless scrolling and online reward loops — have quietly taken over the choices they meant to make freely.

Reeti holds a Master of Social Work from the University of British Columbia and draws on CBT, DBT, somatic approaches, and the Gottman Method. She practises within a trauma-informed, culturally safe framework, meaning she pays attention to how past experiences shape present behaviour, and how identity and culture shape what healing can look like for each person.

Sessions are offered online, and Reeti works in English, Hindi, and Urdu — reflecting a genuine commitment to meeting clients in the language where they feel most fully themselves. Her focus is practical and relational: building the emotional clarity and communication skills that make lasting change possible.
