Rhea Redivo

Growth is continuous — and so is the strength to pursue it

About Me

Adults carrying the weight of difficult pasts — childhood neglect, abuse, or early exposure to violence — often find their way to Rhea Redivo’s practice in Penticton, British Columbia. Rhea, a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree from UBC, works with men, women, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, burnout, and the aftermath of trauma. She also recognizes how the same compulsive reward patterns that drive alcohol or substance use can quietly migrate into habitual scrolling or online gambling, showing up in new forms while the underlying pain stays the same.

Her orientation is holistic and deeply respectful: she sees personal growth as continuous rather than corrective, and she meets each person with empathy, sharp intuition, and genuine faith in their capacity to change. Sessions are exploratory and non-judgmental, giving clients room to examine where they’ve been, understand the present, and build toward what’s ahead. Rhea holds Level II training in the Gottman Method and works additionally as a Divorce Coach, supporting people through relationship transitions and career shifts.

As a lifelong Penticton resident who has raised five children there, Rhea brings both professional depth and personal understanding to the issues she addresses. Online sessions are available.
