About Me

“Talk to yourself like you would to someone you love.” — Brené Brown

There are times when life becomes genuinely tangled — when the noise of competing demands, unresolved experiences, and self-critical thinking makes it hard to see yourself clearly. My goal is to help you find a steadier vantage point: one from which your actual strengths become visible, your struggles feel less fixed, and a more authentic sense of yourself comes into focus.

I specialise in individual and couples therapy. My background includes instructing an after-school program, supervising youth work in under-resourced communities, and a period working in the cannabis industry — where I saw firsthand how significant the need for accessible mental health support really is. That recognition brought me fully into this work, and I’m here because I want to make a genuine difference on a personal level, one person at a time.

My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and informed by empirically-grounded methods. I hold a trauma-informed lens and bring real empathy to the room alongside evidence-based tools. Outside the office I’m a mother, a wife, and a proud dog owner — in other words, someone who understands the texture of an ordinary complicated life.
