About Me

When something finally feels unmanageable — a loss, a relationship fracture, a career that no longer fits, or an anxiety that won’t quiet down — that’s usually when people find Colette Berg. She works with individuals across a wide range of life circumstances, from children navigating developmental challenges to adults carrying the weight of trauma, grief, or burnout, offering the kind of grounded, unhurried attention that’s hard to come by when every app and notification is engineered to pull focus away the moment something difficult asks to be felt.

Colette is a Canadian Certified Counsellor based in Saskatoon who works with children, teens, adults, and elderly clients on concerns spanning anxiety and depression, parenting and co-parenting conflict, abuse recovery, career transitions, and family stress. Her practice draws on CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness — all applied through a relationship-centred, trauma-informed lens. Her starting point is a firm belief that clients already hold the capacity to move through what’s blocking them.

Sessions are available in person in Saskatoon or online via video or phone. Colette offers a sliding scale for those without insurance coverage, and walk-and-talk sessions can also be arranged.
