Healing that reaches both mind and soul is the organizing principle behind Heather Browne’s work. An LMFT based in Garden Grove, California, Dr. Browne has spent her career helping individuals, couples, and families identify the emotional barriers—sometimes long buried—that stand in the way of real, lasting change. Her approach is grounded in the conviction that genuine healing cannot omit the spiritual dimension of a person’s life, a perspective shaped by her own path from a secular upbringing to a faith that now informs everything she does.
Dr. Browne works with teenagers and adults through older age, supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance issues, relationship conflict, career transitions, and the aftereffects of abuse. She earned her Master’s and doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Ryokan College and completed more than 3,000 supervised clinical hours before receiving her license in 1997. She is also a published author and a regular relationship expert on the television program Daybreak OC.
Rather than prescribing a fixed protocol, Dr. Browne guides each person toward building their own healing plan—one that integrates emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions. Online sessions are available.
