Looking for a therapist takes real effort, and getting here is worth acknowledging. My practice centres on relational Gestalt Therapy — a present-focused approach that works with awareness, embodiment, and what’s actually happening between us in the room, rather than working primarily from a distance of analysis and history.
I see individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, shame, and the various ways these experiences intertwine. My background also includes ten years of exploring different spiritual traditions, not to impose any framework, but to deepen my understanding of the many ways people make sense of themselves and their lives. I also work with Reichian Therapy, Mindfulness, and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy.
As someone with my own extended history of personal work, I have a genuine appreciation for how long and nonlinear healing can be. I came to this work knowing what it’s like to need it. That shapes how I show up: as an empath, a highly sensitive person, and a therapist who takes the time to understand who you are before suggesting what might help.
Gestalt sees health as the capacity for choice — which requires space. Therapy provides that space. If you’d like a free 20-minute consultation to see if this feels like a fit, I’d be glad to hear from you. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive a reply.
