Nicole B. Nichols

Hi, I’m Nicole – a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor based in Louisiana, licensed to practice in Arizona, Louisiana, Maine, and Ohio. I work with individuals, couples, and families, both online and in person.

My focus is restorative relationships and parent coaching, with deep experience in the ways digital life shapes how we connect – with our kids, our partners, and ourselves. A lot of the tension showing up in families today looks like a communication problem but is really a screen problem wearing a costume. I help people sort out which is which.

Therapy with me is a collaboration. We look at the childhood, traumatic, and everyday experiences that shape your current patterns, and we build real tools you can actually use when you’re in the thick of it. Early sessions can feel intense. Over time they start to feel rhythmic – and that shift is usually the first sign the work is taking hold.
