I’m a therapist with a background in psychology, anthropology, and global health. My clinical experience includes work with the Peace Corps in Thailand and managing a psychiatric outpatient clinic in Hamilton — contexts that gave me a practical, cross-cultural understanding of how differently distress presents and what recovery actually requires.
I draw from Gestalt therapy alongside evidence-based approaches to support clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. My perspective is culturally sensitive and grounded in genuine care, with a particular focus on helping people navigate transitions and strengthen resilience and connection.
