My coaching is grounded in a powerful mix of engineering and business education, 30+ years of professional experience across engineering, management and IT consulting, project management, and business analysis, and specialized ADHD coaching training. I’ve worked across the energy, banking, and not-for-profit sectors, giving me a deep understanding of the pressures professionals face—tight deadlines, competing priorities, and constant demands—especially with ADHD.
I’m formally trained through JST Coaching & Training, a leading institute for coaching neurodivergent minds, and I also deliver group coaching and facilitation for Crest.BD’s Thriving with Bipolar Disorder psychoeducational program, supporting meaningful improvements in participants’ quality of life.
I help clients improve focus, manage time and energy, reduce procrastination, strengthen self-regulation, and build systems that work with—not against—the ADHD brain. My approach is practical, strengths-based, and results-oriented, supporting clients to build confidence, create better work–life balance, and thrive both professionally and personally.
I am a strong believer in giving back to the community and I volunteer as a coach with VHA Home HealthCare, Coaching Youth Forward and Courage in Action.
