Shelly Lyons

Hi! I’m Shelly Lyons, an experienced ICF-certified Coach and Certified ADHD Coach with advanced degrees and an Ivy League education. I am also a late-identified AuDHDer who brings lived experience to my work.

I partner with individuals (and employers) to provide strengths-based, holistic, and action-oriented coaching for ADHDers and AuDHDers. With over 20 years of experience in leadership coaching, Human Resources, and disability programs, I have worked across diverse sectors such as corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, and higher education.

I work with ADHDers and AuDHDers to identify and accomplish their goals, build executive functioning skills for time management, planning, proactive communication, follow-through, RSD, emotional regulation, and more. I offer structured, skills-based implementation support alongside genuine accountability, creating forward momentum session by session.

I understand the importance of energy management, nervous system regulation, and integrating movement, rest, and structure in ways that support ADHD/AuDHD and prevent burnout.
