The world is genuinely complicated, and carrying that complexity without the right support can slowly drain the life out of things — leaving you with a heaviness that’s hard to name and harder to shift. I know what that accumulation feels like, and I want to help you find your footing again.
My training is in Gestalt therapy, which means our work focuses on expanding awareness: understanding how your environment has shaped you, what’s happening in the present that’s being coloured by the past, what sensations or stuck patterns are influencing your choices, and how you might begin to experience and express your emotions in new ways. We work with what’s actually present, not just what’s talked about.
I work with clients from trans, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities as well as other marginalised communities where questions of power, difference, and privilege are part of the picture. I support people making sense of diagnosis, navigating bicultural identity, working through questions of gender, sexuality, and aging.
Using a relational and embodied approach, I hold space for you to find out who you actually are and how you want to move through this world.
