About Me

Are you carrying more than you can manage right now — thoughts that spiral, emotions that feel bigger than the moment, days that leave you drained? I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder who are ready to understand themselves more clearly and build a different relationship with their inner world.

What we do together is practical as well as personal. We’ll work to identify the patterns keeping you stuck, develop real skills for managing stress and emotional intensity, and reconnect you with what actually matters to you. My approach is grounded in person-centred therapy and motivational interviewing, which means I follow your lead, honour your pace, and bring genuine curiosity to who you are — not a checklist of what’s wrong.

I know from personal experience that reaching out for support takes courage, particularly when you’re already stretched thin. The constant noise of modern life — the notifications, the mental load, the sense that you should be doing more — can make it harder to hear yourself think, let alone change. Part of our work is creating room for that stillness.

If you’re at a point where surviving doesn’t feel like enough, I’d be glad to hear from you. Reach out to start the conversation.
