My name is Lisa, and I’m a Registered Social Service Worker and trauma-informed counsellor offering virtual, phone, and walk-and-talk sessions. I work with adults and seniors navigating life’s transitions, uncertainties, and the accumulated weight of difficult experiences.
My approach is person-centred and grounded — I meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions draw on mindfulness and, where it fits, I weave in simple breathing techniques and body-based practices from my yoga background: accessible tools for feeling more connected to yourself in the moment rather than at some theoretical point in the future.
I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and heard — where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and sense of self with steadiness and real support alongside you.
