I work with people navigating childhood trauma, grief, dissociation, perfectionism, and questions of identity. My approach is open, empathic, and non-judgmental — a space where we build the direction of the work together, based on what you actually need rather than a predetermined framework.
As a Registered Psychotherapist and EMDR-trained clinician with a background in crisis response, I bring both clinical training and real-world experience to each session. My practice is eclectic, trauma-informed, and grounded in anti-oppressive and anti-racist principles. That means I adapt to the whole person in front of me — your history, your identity, your specific experience of what’s difficult.
Asking for support is not a small thing. I acknowledge that and hold space for it with genuine care. I offer a free 30-minute consultation if you’d like to get a sense of how I work before deciding.
