About Me

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem — often connected to life transitions, relationship difficulties, or patterns that trace back to early attachment experiences. Many of the people I see feel stuck or emotionally overwhelmed, or find it hard to express their needs clearly without second-guessing themselves. They come to therapy looking for clarity, some relief, and a stronger, more reliable sense of self.

My work is grounded in a person-centred approach and draws on CBT, EFT, and attachment theory. We’ll look at the core beliefs, emotional triggers, and relational patterns that keep showing up — in a way that feels genuinely collaborative rather than clinical. This includes the particular pressure many people feel to stay constantly available and on top of everything: that kind of sustained demand has its own cumulative weight, and addressing it is often part of the work.

I aim to move at your pace, in an environment that’s warm and free of judgment. Whenever you’re ready, I’d be glad to hear from you.
