About Me

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that won’t give, or uncertain how to move through a major shift in your life — these experiences don’t mean something is fundamentally wrong with you. They mean what you’re carrying has real weight, and that weight deserves proper attention.

I work with people navigating grief, guilt, burnout, questions of identity, and the specific challenges of living with cancer, chronic illness, or the demands of caregiving. My practice is trauma-informed, deeply relational, and grounded in genuine respect for every person’s particular story. Together we’ll look honestly at the narratives you’ve been living inside — what they’ve helped you survive, where they’ve become a source of limitation, and what it might mean to find more room.

Meaningful change tends to happen within a real relationship, not despite one. I work from that belief at every stage: staying with what’s present, honouring the strengths you already carry, and making space to release what no longer serves.

I understand what it takes to reach out for support, and I hold that with care. Starting this process is a meaningful act. If something here resonates, I’d genuinely welcome hearing from you.
