About Me

I’m a Certified Canadian Counsellor and Counselling Therapist with over a decade of experience. My career has taken me through a range of settings — non-profits, schools, and practices alongside pediatricians and physicians — and that breadth has sharpened how I understand people and what they need.

I work collaboratively and draw on multiple therapeutic approaches, building on the strengths you already have while developing a clear plan for where you want to go. I can assist with trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse, parenting concerns, stress, life transitions, and more. I’m also able to offer a generous sliding scale for those without benefits or with limited coverage.

Outside of work, I’m a world traveller, a reader, a paddleboarder, and someone who learned to train bonsai trees growing up in Japan. I have an adopted family, three Japanese spaniels, and an ongoing enthusiasm for good food from wherever in the world it comes from. That background — eclectic, genuinely curious — is part of how I show up with clients too.

I offer a free 30-minute meet and greet, in person, by phone, or online.
