As a queer-identified therapist, I understand firsthand how much it matters to find affirming care — and how much energy it costs when you can’t find it. If you’re living with the effects of trauma, systemic oppression, or coping strategies that once made sense but have become a source of friction, I want to work with you.
My practice is grounded in an anti-oppressive framework, with genuine interest in how community, identity, and social systems shape wellbeing. We’ll look at the parts of your experience that have been hardest to be with, and work toward meeting them with curiosity and compassion rather than avoidance or self-criticism. I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Compassion-Focused Therapy — approaches that engage the body as well as the mind, because what we carry doesn’t only live in thought.
You don’t have to stay fixed in patterns that are no longer serving you. A free 15-minute consultation is available — I’d be glad to connect.
