(He/Him) My practice has a particular focus on working with people impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). That niche isn’t incidental — it reflects a genuine commitment to neurodivergent experience and the belief that growth happens when we face our difficulties directly rather than around them. Developing the inner resources to lead a life that feels fulfilling is an ongoing process, not a destination, and it’s one that benefits from a trusted, consistent relationship.
My approach is collaborative, person-centred, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I work with individuals navigating depression, emotional regulation, anxiety and excessive stress, relational and interpersonal conflict, life transitions, and a broad range of day-to-day challenges. My lived experience gives me a real and personal connection to the immigrant, BIPOC, and 2SLGBTQ+ communities, as well as those in polyamorous and Ethically Non-Monogamous relationships. That lived understanding shapes how I show up — with genuine investment in making sure no topic feels off limits.
I hold space that is non-judgmental and genuinely open. If your concern isn’t listed above but you think there might be a fit, please reach out — I mean that.
Outside the therapy room I cycle, swim, write, act, and read in my hammock. My best thinking happens near warm water, which I get to less often than I’d like. If you’d like to learn more about my practice, you’re welcome to visit my website.
