My work is collaborative and genuinely centred on you: your story, your values, your pace. I’m not interested in diagnosing you or applying a template. I’m interested in understanding how you experience your life and what would make it feel more workable. I draw from evidence-based practices, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, meeting each person with warmth and real presence.
I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and abilities and hold deep respect for the many different ways people perceive and move through the world. In our sessions, we bring our knowledge together — yours of yourself, mine of the work — and build something that’s genuinely yours. Therapy isn’t about finding what’s broken.
