I work with people facing anxiety, depression, anger, obsessive thoughts, ADHD and neurodiversity, stress and burnout, decision fatigue, interpersonal conflict, narcissistic abuse recovery, and the challenge of building a life that actually feels meaningful. My approach is warm, straightforward, and genuinely invested in the person in front of me — not in the diagnostic category.
