Connection, growth, and compassion are values I bring into every session, not just because they make for good therapy, but because they matter to me personally. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I understand from the inside what it means to navigate identity, belonging, and the particular exhaustion of living in systems that weren’t designed with you in mind.
I work with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, self-esteem, and body image concerns. I have particular experience with people exploring gender and sexuality, families supporting children with disabilities, and neurodivergent individuals — including those with ADHD and autism. I am poly-aware and kink-affirming.
Burnout has become a defining feature of how many of my clients arrive. The relentless pace of modern life — the expectation of constant availability, the difficulty of switching off — layers on top of whatever else someone is carrying. I hold space for that reality without minimising what’s underneath it.
My training includes certification in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and I draw on Narrative, Existential, and Motivational Interviewing approaches, as well as Expressive Arts techniques. We’ll work out together what combination serves you best. I’m grounded in equity, inclusion, and deep respect for the full complexity of every person I work with.
