About Me

My path into this work came after more than fifteen years in real estate — as operations manager, executive assistant, and office manager. Throughout those roles, what consistently drew me in was the human side: supporting colleagues through difficulty, strengthening working relationships, helping people find their footing in demanding circumstances. That pull eventually led me here.

I work as a deeply curious and compassionate therapist, one who believes that genuine growth happens when you feel genuinely understood. My practice is client-centred — meaning I follow your lead, work at your pace, and bring no fixed agenda about where you should end up. What I do bring is respect, honest engagement, and a willingness to go wherever the work asks us to go.

We’ll look at the patterns and beliefs that shape your life — in your relationships, your sense of self, how you move through the world. Whether you’re coming individually, as a couple, or to a group, my aim is to create the conditions where something real can shift.

In a time when people are pulled in so many directions and rarely given space to slow down, I find that therapy often begins with something surprisingly simple: being heard without interruption. I offer that, and whatever comes next from it.
