My name is Suweetha — pronounced Soo-WEE-thuh. I came to this work through my own experience of feeling alone, out of place, and unsure whether I was built for the life I was trying to live. I understand, from the inside, what it’s like to carry wounds that quietly shape how you see yourself and whether you believe you’re worthy of love or connection.
Most people arrive at a point where the weight of those feelings becomes too much to carry alone — where isolation, self-doubt, grief, or the residue of painful experiences makes it hard to imagine a different way forward. That doesn’t mean you’re stuck there permanently. What I’ve seen, and what I genuinely believe, is that with real compassion and acceptance, people can find their way to where they actually want to be.
In our sessions we’ll explore your values, emotions, aspirations, and lived experiences — using what emerges to develop new perspectives and strategies that are actually yours, not a template laid over your life. I think of the therapeutic process a little like driving: keeping your eyes on the road ahead while staying aware of what’s around and behind you, using the full picture to move forward safely.
I draw primarily from relational psychotherapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and somatic approaches. My practice is culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed. My primary areas of focus include ADHD, Autism, trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, body-focused repetitive behaviours, and attachment and relationship concerns. In an era when so much of daily life runs through screens, I’m also attuned to the way digital habits and constant connectivity intersect with many of these presenting concerns.
It’s completely normal to wonder whether you’re ready for therapy — that uncertainty doesn’t have to be a barrier. A 15-minute consultation is available to talk through what you’re looking for and find a pace that makes sense for you.
