For many people that pressure builds quietly, until it isn’t quiet anymore: anxiety that sits on the chest, burnout that sleep doesn’t fix, or relationship conflict that keeps circling back to the same raw places. For others it surfaces as emotional intensity, addictive patterns, or a loss of direction so complete that daily tasks feel like effort. The people around you may not fully understand. Advice from well-meaning friends can land flat. And somewhere underneath it all you’re wondering how much longer you can keep managing.

I work with adolescents (12+), adults, and couples across Ontario. My approach is collaborative and genuinely tailored — whether you need practical tools to manage what’s happening right now, or want to do deeper work on the patterns that have been running in the background for years, we build the therapy around what you actually need.
Together we’ll develop skills for managing emotional intensity and stress, work toward rebuilding connection in relationships that have become strained or distant, find clarity when the direction forward has gone foggy, and address the particular exhaustion that comes from living at full capacity with no genuine off switch.
