My work centres on helping you understand your own experience more clearly — the emotions, the relational patterns, the context behind what you’re going through. That understanding becomes the foundation for actually working through things, rather than just talking about them. When relevant, I also draw on what the science tells us about why we respond the way we do — because sometimes naming a mechanism takes some of the weight off it.
