About Me

Not being okay is not a failure. Life asks a great deal of us — and there are periods, sometimes long ones, when what we’re carrying exceeds our capacity to manage it alone. That’s not a character flaw. It’s precisely the situation that makes reaching out worth something.

My approach to therapy is genuinely integrative. I don’t work from a single method but from a wide range of frameworks, drawing on what the person in front of me actually needs: Psychodynamic and Spiritual Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Psychosomatic Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Guided Imagery and Visualisation, and Inner Child work. When we have access to many lenses, we can find the combination that actually works for you — not one that approximates a general population and hopes it fits.

I believe you already know, somewhere, what you need. Therapy provides a place to unearth that — to recognise the limiting beliefs, the family patterns, the behavioural habits that have been operating below the level of awareness — and to open the inner world enough that real change becomes possible. When we feel safe enough to look clearly, we begin to see what has actually been holding us back and what another way of living might look like.

I think of this process as taking possession of the wheel. The direction of your life — your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing as the priority — is what we’re working toward together.

I work with depression, anxiety, self-esteem and self-worth, questions of life purpose, major transitions, relationship concerns, spiritual questions, stress, codependency, shame, fear, resentment, childhood and family-of-origin material, and career-related difficulties.

I believe each person heals and processes in their own way, at their own pace. My work is designed around that individuality — not imposed onto it. A free 20-minute consultation is available to start the conversation.
