Thrive Beyond Midlife Coaching

You’re not lost — you’re in transition. Let’s find your way forward together.

About Me

My work is built on a foundation of extensive coach training, a background in psychology, and years of lived experience navigating the same transitions many of my clients face. I don’t coach from a textbook. I coach from understanding — with the tools to support personal growth in a structured, evidence-informed way. In addition to midlife coaching, I offer divorce coaching and retirement coaching for clients of all genders. These are emotionally complex life stages where people can feel lost, uncertain, or overwhelmed. Whether someone is rebuilding after a separation or redefining their purpose post-career, I help them move forward with confidence, stability, and a clear sense of direction.

What drives me is simple: I love helping people rediscover their strength and potential (at any age!). I’m passionate about supporting others through difficult transitions, and I’m known for being honest, practical, and deeply committed to my clients’ progress. I don’t sugarcoat things — but I do walk alongside you with empathy, clarity, and a plan that fits your life.

I once believed my colour-coded calendar proved I had elite time-management skills until divorce, job loss, and a global shutdown handed me empty evenings I didn’t know how to fill. With no distractions left, I realized I wasn’t managing time; I was stuffing it to avoid asking harder questions. As screen time crept in to replace the chaos, I had to face what I was really chasing and what I actually wanted from my newly reclaimed hours.
